1. Are your pillows and toys washable and how should I wash them?
We confirm here that all the products of our company are washable. Some items have to be washed by hand, and others can be washed by washing machine. A washing marks is labeled on every item that gives wash instructions in details.
Also, we recommend to you our products with zippered cover. You can choose styles with a zippered cover that can be removed for washing.
2. Why do micro beads fillings work better than traditional fillings?
Products with traditional fillings tend to change shape and becomes uncomfortable after long term use, while polystyrene micro beads pillows will keep its shape after long term use. Products with micro beads fillings also better adjust itself to individuals’physical shape, which gives better support of head and neck throughout the night and during in-flight travel.
3. How do you do your packaging?
We normally put one piece into a plastic bag (OPP, PE or PVC), and several bags into a carton. we can also do packaging according to customers’ special requirements.
4. Do you have some fabric options?
We mainly use Nylon/spandex,Polyester/spandex, 100% polyester, 100% cotton, T/C，Fleece, Super soft fleece knitting and weaving fabric to produce our products. As for ODM and OEM products, we can use any kind of fabric under the conditions that the order is big enough and that it can be found in the Chinese textile market.
5. How do I get to your factory?
Our factory is located in Chashan Town, Dongguan City, pls refer to the “Contact us” button on our website to see the detailed map.
